Hormonal wellness · Gut health
You are not alone
During perimenopause, many women experience:
· Persistent bloating
· Fatigue or low energy
· Mood fluctuations
· Metabolic changes
Most women are told these symptoms are simply part of hormonal shifts. But the science points to another key factor:
The gut microbiome.
The research
Inside the gut lives a specialized group of bacteria called the estrobolome — responsible for metabolizing and recirculating estrogen in the body.
When the microbiome is out of balance, this process is disrupted — directly influencing the symptoms women experience during perimenopause and menopause.
Supporting the gut microbiome may be one of the most important steps toward restoring hormonal balance.
what we offer
Formulas designed to work with your gut microbiome — targeting the estrobolome for hormonal support from within.
Supporting the natural biological processes that influence estrogen metabolism — to help you feel like yourself again.
Built around emerging research on the gut–hormone connection — not generic wellness trends.
Why VOUBLE exists
Women deserve more than symptom management.
VOUBLE was created to address hormonal wellness at a deeper level — exploring the biological systems that drive imbalance, starting with the gut microbiome.
We believe supporting the gut is one of the most important frontiers in women’s health.

FROM OUR FOUNDER
I was 42 when I started noticing changes I couldn’t explain — bloating that wouldn’t go away, energy that disappeared by noon, a mood I didn’t recognize as my own.
My doctor told me it was just hormones. But that answer wasn’t enough for me.
I went deep into the research. What I found changed everything: a growing body of science connecting the gut microbiome — specifically, the estrobolome — to how women’s bodies metabolize and regulate estrogen.
Nobody was talking about this in an accessible way. Nobody was building for it.
So I did.
